At Hello Horse, all of our products are personalised and engraved just for you, which means we’re unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with the personalisation.

Please take extra care when entering details, as we create your items exactly as you request them.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll work quickly to sort it out.

Discounted UK Shipping

We’re offer discounted shipping across the UK.  We aim to get your custom made plates and tags to you within 5 working days.
